Oh, dude, I hate to disagree with my Hombre...but...

No. That guy has no credibility and scams people. Can't get with you on this one.

That’s OK bro Teo.

I’m still rooting for him.

I’m really enjoying Kevin’s battle with the big corrupt guys. He’s like the Michael Moore of the calcium, the Dr. Phil of vitamin C.

It’s OK to be mad as hell now and then. Even of you yourself are full of it too.

Yes, he does seem like the quintessential scam artist – but I’m gonna step out and give him another cheer. Take ‘em on Mr Trudeau!

I’ll even go one further and say that he’s probably much more authentic than everybody thinks. Large beady eyes and all. Ha!

I'm sorry ... rooting for him to do what now? I fear I'm out of the loop, and googling him didn't provide much helpful info ...

How about: He's a scam artist with a good point.

Yes Betsey!

It takes a scam artist to know a good scam? A sinner to know a sin. I don't care what this has done or "looks" like.

The "scam" Trudeau is siting is an enormous sin. I think Trudeau has another great point. Nobody "wants" to look at it much less confront it coming from him. But he's just the guy to do the job.

Again hoooray for the broken man! Slay Goliath!

Here's what I've found so far.

http://msnbc.msn.com/id/9006287/
Here is the book and some of the claims.

http://onegoodmove.org/1gm/1gmarchive/cat_daily_show_video.html
This clip take a minute to load but it is HILARIOUSLY against Mr Trudeau. Touché.

I am still looking for a link to the video clip of Kevin Trudeau embarrassing Matt Lauer and exposing the Today Show’s agenda discredit him and his book. It’s good TV if you can find it.

The AMA, FDA, and FTC do NOT have as much in their interests for wanting us as a society to be well, as they do for wanting to sell shovels during the gold rush. This is tipped over. Who can "remedy" this issue that affects us all "correctly" - "us" or "they"? “They” may have to be so sick of guys like Kevin Trudeay that they start trying harder to change themselves. I don’t think they can do it alone but that’s another rant. Give them Kevin Trudeau leading the charge in open court - is his own quirky element - on TV. Bust it wide open.

I love what he is stirring up and how he's doing it. I don't care if he bugs the living daylights out of you. He's actually dong something in an almost transcendent way. I don't care if he's goofy. He's been sharpened up quite nicely for this battle. I may not have the guts to be betting on him to - but I'm praying he might force some very obstinate hands. Go you kooky Canadian coral selling mamajama. Go!

does he do the coral calcium thing, too? yeah, i'm with betsy. i think he's a scammer. but i'm also with the idea that the 'man' is full of shit. it's weird, i take these meds to help me from losing my shit with the bipolar and all. i'm not one of these freaky tom cruisian people who doesn't believe in science to help out.

but 'research monies' aside, the one med i take is $120 a month WITH insurance, and about $400+ without. fuckin' a. if i'm a-countin' on that to keep me not dead or out of the psych ward, i'm fucked without insurance. and don't get me started on insurance.

i think the med 'mercials are more fucked up than they are doing anyone any good, and what about all that money that's going down the drain for advertising? how about using THAT for some research, kids?

i think that the 'scrip industry is way corrupt, and i think that the medical industry needs SUCH a major overhaul... i also think that if i could do more spiritual work and exercise and was at a different place in my life, i maybe *could* keep the bipolar at bay with energy work, omega-3 fish oils, yoga, meditation, prayer and the 12 steps. for now, i'm using therapy, 12 steps, and some psychiatric meds.

but again, i just think it's important that we challenge the health/insurance/drug industry. i have LOTS of thoughts about flu shots/the rampant use of antibiotics/the way we view eastern/western medicine/and other things about health care. i should probably go to my own blog and do a series.

but my dad's had a transplanted kidney for 20 years, so i do loves me some western medicine and all.

Horror stories abound.

Teo has posted them well early on.

I'm am still for this broken man Trudeau getting more accomplished than the self righteous front runners who ever they may be. Just exposing the status quo is good enough for me.

He's not languishing in pity about this situation like we do. I am totally languishing. I love all of these cool drugs. I’m all safe and comfortable.

Let them have it Trudeau!

A little back and forth to entertain both sides - at least in my own limited brain.

+
I love how there is a pill for everything now a days. I love the drug companies. I don’t want to see them “go”. I see a huge positive desire and a need for them. I don’t buy into them most of the time but that’s ok. There is a real need and a strong desire.

-
I dread the thought of the alternative cures and remedies being excluded or even down played because of reasons of losing profits.

+
I employ our healthcare system. I am a patron of health insurance. I want to go to a well paid and well intentioned doctor verses and underpaid compromised doctor. I appreciate modern clinics.

-
I hate to see poor people get compromised care when wealthy people get superior care. The gap is insultingly wide and cold. Just “try” to care enough to make it better - at least.

+
I also appreciate the all-natural, holistic, and alternative approaches. Tell us more about them (in an intelligent – less sales pitchy way.)

-
On the front end these avenues are starved for a legitimate voice and appropriate research and funding. (Ie. intelligent – less sales pitchy way.) Don't let the FTC make laws to govern this type of information.

On the back end I don’t like how when they “allegedly” “work” we are left with no proof because we don’t spend a lot of extra research money in people after they get well.

What I think is important is that we “care” and that our priorities are not upside down. All of the differing approaches above need one thing. Harmony. That will only come from a restructuring of intent and applied intent of the large organizations. “Their” “hearts” must go though change too. Our physical hearts are in the hands of the intentions of their figurative hearts.

Passionate people (who remain nameless right now) who allow us all to temporarily see things a little differently, and who also empower us to think differently are out there speaking. All they need is to be lifted up. Paradigm shifts can go quick and easy or they can go long and hard.

think differently

Why are we picking on the former prime minister of Canada?

I will soon run out of Trudeaus, and therefore, Trudeau jokes.

Or is the plural of Trudeau "Trudeaux"?
