I just found some horseradish and used it instead of my regular mustard, and my entire day immediately became that much more interesting.

Seriously I had a lovely horseradish dip with my grilled burger just yesterday bro. Isn't that ironic? Holy crap! Sorry there I go again. Dang it!
Since moving (back) to lovely SoCal, I've gotten into california rolls, which I slather in wasabi mixed with soy sauce. For me, the rolls are just a wasabi delivery vehicle, and the wasabi always makes my day more interesting. Clears my sinuses too.
